I'm so thankful for Justin and his team at The Ascent! I just toured a 3 bedroom, it's called the Vail and it's so gorgeous! It has natural lighting, which I love! The bedrooms are spacious with large closets. I've compared price, square footage , and amenities with 5 different apartment complexes in Plainfield. I wanted to make the right choice. From the moment I met Justin, I knew this was where I wanted to be. The pool is large with plenty of seating. They have a workspace in the office, a gym, and a pool table! My children and I are looking for a peaceful place to call home, and I can't wait to show them our new apartment! The price, amenities, and floor plan WITH a garage is totally worth it. The kitchen is a huge bonus, too. It's a perfect setup. Thank you, Justin. The process was so fast, and he made it easy during a stressful time for me.

I do not know if any tests have been done and I'm not sure what material are in the wall. I have been living here for over 3 months and can say I haven't heard any of my neighbors. I do have people beside me and behind me but no one above me, as I'm on the third floor. I can ask the maintenance supervisor if he knows of any information about that and will relay it on here.
